Plastic bags have been around since the 1970’s as a promotional tool. And they don’t look like they are going anywhere just yet!
Our range of available styles cover almost any use case you can think of, from simple die-cut handle bags, to heavy duty insulated bags that can keep your frozen food cold for longer. And our branding options mean that they will look great while doing what they do!
Spot colour prints, coloured plastic films and even detailed full coverage CMYK prints are available on most styles of bag, so you can get just the right look for your client’s next campaign.
Plastic bags are often branded using the flexographic print process. Learn more about the printing process, its strengths and of course its weaknesses, in our guide to flexographic printing.
Most bags are made from LDPE and HDPE. They start life as plastic granules which are blown into film. Many colours are available, these colours are known as Schulman colours and are referred to by their own numbering system. Spot colour printing requires plates to be made up and prices will vary based on print area and number of colours. Plastic bags are made on high speed machines and production tolerances of +/- 10% are normal.
